About Us

Anna-Margot Millton

Anna-Margot was born in New Zealand into an artistic household, with her mother an artist and her father a lapidarist. So, creating was encouraged from a young age! As the family also travelled considerably and lived in New Zealand, Australia and California, Anna-Margot was able to absorb different influences and learn a wide variety of jewellery making and enamelling techniques, with some of the world’s leading enamellists and silversmiths.

As well as running her own business, creating jewellery and exhibiting, Anna-Margot has been teaching weekly classes and workshops in jewellery making, enamelling and wire working both privately and through TAFE adult classes, MacGregor Summer School and BVAC.

Currently, Anna-Margot is president of the Queensland Enamellers Guild, Editor in Chief of Metal, Stone & Glass magazine and exhibits in group exhibitions with the Enamellers Guild and others. Anna-Margot has been running Anna-Margot Originals since 1985 making and repairing jewellery, teaching and supplying jewellery tools and supplies.

Allie Collins

Allie was born into a creative household with artistic grandparents and her mother being a jeweller. From a young age, she has been in the workshop making and creating with her mother; often attending workshops with other artists so Allie could learn different techniques. She has also had a lifelong fascination with fabric and bead craft and applies this passion to fashioning historical garments and costumes.

Allie enjoys teaching people how to apply beads to fabric to continue this craft.
